I have to work this weekend. Go in and fix the beacon. I gotta man the panels cause the message might come through. I have to be on hand if there's some kind of big breakthrough. I have to turn the tables. Keep the sensors enabled. I gotta check the readouts for the zeroes, ones and twos. And celebrate the findings there and get them published if they're true. Looking out for you. Calling out for you.

Tributary of believers. Or estuary of deceivers. Turn your sagittal crest in my direction. Bring back the footage, look to the lens. That's not the camera career that I asked for. That's not the footage I saw in my dreams. That's not the shambling husk that I looked for. That's not an easy thing to believe. Almost disgust, almost contempt. 352, visibly unkept. Turn your sagittal crest in my direction. Maintain the story on your deathbed.

Everything equal. Two times a day and once at night. It's made from people. A sweet expression of the right. A soylent majority. Unctuous priority. A spread, please taste them one by one. You'll be devoured if you choose to not believe the news. Debates are done. Tender and marbled. The flavor comes from lack of couth. So bountiful, in great supply. It's nourishment for Sagan Youth. There's not a proper word in the world to describe the feeling of them kneeling as they call out their last word. There's not a manual that exists to provide instruction for consumption of each orthodox on the list.

I made the change just like you said. He said "it only works if you're dead."

about

Oort Patrol North Carolina

A band's where is less important than its when. When Oort Patrol is from matters less than when they are - now.

The temporally ambivalent band claims their compositions are each gigantic hits in other timelines.

Our timeline, fraught as it is with war, strife and celebrity trials, has never been more in need of some hits. So here, and now, they are.
